Terms of service
These terms govern the OOPS! – The Chaos Game Android app, distributed under the public brand The Viking of the Web.
1. The game
OOPS! is an arcade game for Android. Some features may work offline; account services, leaderboards, ads and purchases depend on network availability.
2. Accounts
Where accounts are enabled, users must protect their credentials and avoid fraudulent use. See the deletion instructions.
3. Virtual items and purchases
- Stars and in-game objects are virtual content, not money and not redeemable for cash.
- In-app purchases, where enabled, are processed with Google Play Billing.
- Contact support for missing credits or problems. Consumer rights and applicable refund rules remain in force.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attack services, manipulate leaderboard scores, commit purchase fraud, impersonate others, or upload unlawful content.
5. Intellectual property
Original app materials are protected to the extent of rights held or licensed, without prejudice to third-party rights. A personal, non-transferable licence is granted for app use.
6. External services
Third-party advertising and other integrations may have their own terms. Read the Privacy notice.
7. Service changes
Updates may be made for technical, security or gameplay reasons. Mandatory user and consumer rights are preserved.
